As a certified professional photographer with over 19 years of experience, Aaron Potter has honed his craft to provide exceptional portrait, commercial, and wedding photography services to clients in Vancouver, WA, and beyond.
Our Story
Aaron Potter's journey in photography began shortly after high school, when he discovered his natural talent for the art form. With a background in art and graphic design, Aaron experimented with his camera, taking long exposures and going on night drives to develop his unique, bold style. After selling some of his artwork, Aaron invested in photography equipment and created OneBloom Photography in 2005. However, the timing was unfortunate, as Aaron's father passed away suddenly in December 2005. This motivated Aaron to pursue his passion for photography with even greater dedication, driven by his father's last words, "The light is everything." Aaron went on to pursue formal education and training in photography at the Hallmark Institute of Photography, an elite photography school that only accepts students with the desire to be the best.
