Customer Service Issues
The photography studio has received criticism for their poor customer service, with multiple reviewers experiencing issues with receiving their orders on time. Vanessa Munoz Mena had to wait over two months to receive her son's pictures, and Yanet Tovar has yet to receive her pictures despite contacting the studio several times. N. T. reported that the check-in staff was extremely rude to paying parents and kids.
Quality of Photos
