Our Story
As a storyteller, daydreamer, belly laugher, and coffee addict, I, Mel, founded Shifted Focus Photography with a passion for preserving meaningful moments. With a background in musical theatre and over a decade of experience as a professional actor and singer, I brought my creative eye and storytelling skills to the world of photography. After picking up a camera, I never looked back. Since then, I've had the privilege of capturing over 150 weddings and hundreds of family sessions.
