Our Story

In March 2017, we combined our skills and experience to form As We Were Photography. Jennifer Hardin, a creative and quirky photographer, and David Whatley, a seasoned professional with 44 years of photography and business experience, joined forces to create something truly special. Our unique partnership brings a blend of artistic vision and business acumen to every project we undertake.

Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth experience, we have established certain policies. All regular sessions require a non-refundable session retainer to book and reserve your date. For specials or mini sessions, the entire amount is required upfront. We accept various forms of payment and offer payment plans. Please review our full policies before booking your session.
