Giovanni's path crossed with Ines, a beautiful German model, while vacationing in Yugoslavia. The famous fashion magazine, Amica, fell in love with Giovanni's work and Ines' striking features. This chance encounter led to a contract and a series of assignments, including a fashion shoot in the snow.

Giovanni's connections in the fashion world led him to Paris, where he worked alongside the world's top fashion photographers, including Richard Avedon, Guy Burdin, Helmut Newton, and David Bailey. His friendship with David Bailey introduced him to Jean Shrimpton, one of the most renowned fashion models of all time.

Giovanni's passion for fashion photography led him to snap celebrities like Niki Lauda, the famous Formula 1 driver, and Rod Stewart, a close friend of Lauda's. His encounters with celebrities like Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones were marked by his intense focus on capturing the perfect shot.

In 1994, Giovanni purchased a home in Sarasota, Florida, and became a full-time resident in 1998. This picturesque city has become his haven, where he continues to pursue his passion for photography.
