About David Mausey

David Mausey, the founder of Mausey Studios, is a passionate photographer with a love for capturing life's most precious moments. While serving in the U.S. Navy, David was stationed in Italy and Pensacola, FL. It was during this time that his passion for photography was ignited. He began taking pictures of military personnel and families to send back home, and his love for capturing unique and exciting action shots grew from there.
After leaving the Navy, David's hobby grew into a successful photography business. He has worked as a regular on the field snapping pictures for the Kansas City Chiefs and later became the staff photographer for the Ozark Mountain Ducks minor league baseball team in Springfield, MO. His work has been published in several magazines, and he has used his talents to help several charities.
David's most passionate collection of work is in the field of family, wedding, and underwater photography, which he has developed into a successful profession. He is motivated by seeing and hearing the "wow factor" when he presents his work to clients for viewing. His goal is to ensure that every client is happy with their photos and that they will hang them on their walls for generations to come.
In his off-time, David enjoys spending time with his daughter, fishing, reading, boating, learning more about his craft, camping, and traveling. One day he hopes to show his work in museums and art shows.
